SHIPPING POLICY

At Saigon Cider, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find all the key details about our shipping process.

Delivery Area
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you're outside the UK and would like to try our cider, please email us at info@saigoncider.co.uk and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping Times

Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
Priority delivery: Next Working Day
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details if available.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for all orders above £50. For orders under £50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. Still no luck? Get in touch at info@saigoncider.co.uk and we’ll look into it right away.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Send your order number and a photo of the issue to info@saigoncider.co.uk and we’ll make it right.

Important Notes

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We can’t be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Deliveries may require a signature and age verification, as we do not sell to anyone under 18.
