RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
 

We want you to be completely happy with your Saigon Cider experience. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.


Returns
We offer a refund for our products up to 14 days after your purchase. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@saigoncider.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
 

If we ask you to return any items, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed your claim and received the goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please double-check with your bank or card provider. If you’ve done that and still need help, contact us at info@saigoncider.co.uk.


Exchanges
We don’t currently offer exchanges unless the product was damaged or incorrect. Please email us if this applies.
